Sodatide is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Sodatide order, contact our customer support team within 60 days and we will issue a refund according to the terms below.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@get-sodatide.com within 60 days of your order date.
2. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
3. Our team will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
4. Ship the bottles (used or unused) back to the return address we provide.
5. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.

What Is Covered

The 60-day money-back guarantee covers Sodatide orders placed directly through the Sodatide official website. Third-party marketplace purchases (Amazon, eBay, other resellers) are not covered and must be returned to that seller according to their policies.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Suggested Use Period
