Shipping Rates

• 2-Bottle bundle: Standard shipping added at checkout
• 3-Bottle bundle: Free US standard shipping
• 6-Bottle bundle: Free US standard shipping

Processing Time

Sodatide orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Time

United States: Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing.
International orders: Delivery times vary; please contact support@get-sodatide.com for details.

Storage on Arrival

Because Sodatide contains live probiotic strains, we recommend refrigerating the bottle after opening for optimal strain viability. Unopened bottles can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Order Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of placing an order, email support@get-sodatide.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your Sodatide order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace it or issue a refund.
